Assalamualaikum and hello guys !! Good morning , how's everybody doing . Well I just done with my lovely breakfast . Ofc the hot tea would be included on the list .
Harini sophea rasa macam nak share about self love . Okay what is it self love ?
According to Dr Andrea Brandt Self-love means make sure yourself in a good level of life and not sacrificing your well-being just to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve and accepting your own weakness .
In short term ; we focus on make our own happy and always ourself first .
When depression just 'kick ' me inside I would just pat myself with short reminder that i'm important and I love myself more from day to day. I even thankful to be myself and I no need anyone to prove that I'm valuable .
THINGS THAT MAKE MY DAY :
I assume everyone have their own ways to rock on their day . Having timetable just not me , so I'll just make sure I finish few tasks and adding new activity so it won't be bored to tears .
So , please be happy , healthy mentally and physically . We can get through all this tribulations with positive thought and self reflect for own good sake .
